We are pleased to announce that ACBB is upgrading and enhancing the capabilities of our client information and transaction portal, ACBBXNET. This transition will occur in the fourth quarter of 2021 and entail a conversion to the new portal and the sunsetting of our legacy platform. Over the last 18 months, our team evaluated a variety of transaction platforms to deliver the solution that best fits ACBB client needs, both today and in the future. We have made our selection based on analysis of our clients’ current needs, requested future enhancements and the ability to streamline, provide efficiency and deliver a better client experience. We are excited to partner with you on this journey.

While we are early on in the conversion process, we would like to share a few details from our project plan. Some highlights of what you should expect are:

  • Information on the benefits of migrating to the new portal
  • Guidance on the conversion process, resources and available training
  • Communication on required actions and timing
  • Guidance on your responsibilities to support this process,  including required documentation

The target completion date for this effort is October 8, 2021. Between today and conversion you can expect additional communications from the conversion team, Client Care team and your Relationship Manager.
