We are excited to announce that James M. Nemecek is joining our Compliance Anchor team!

Jim is a forty year veteran of the banking industry having begun his career in Retail as a Branch Manager for several years. In the years since then, he has held positions as Compliance Officer & CRA Officer, Internal Auditor, Federal Reserve Bank Examiner, Compliance Consultant, and most recently retired as Senior Vice President, Compliance Director for a $2.6 billion community bank in Eastern PA.  In his role as Compliance Director, he was responsible for overseeing Regulatory Compliance, BSA/AML/OFAC, Vendor Management & CyberSecurity, and Fraud & Physical Security.  Over the years, Jim participated in outreach events with both the PBA, and the ABA, to both State, and U.S. legislators on issues facing our industry. He is a graduate of East Stroudsburg State College, and the ABA National Compliance School, and resides in Bucks County, PA.
