Atlantic Community Bankers Bank Advances Community Impact Through Donation Supporting Latino Social Work & Scholarship Fund
April 30, 2026
Atlantic Community Bankers Bank is proud to announce a donation to the Latino Social Work Coalition & Scholarship Fund as part of its Collective Impact Giving Campaign, an initiative rooted in the belief that lasting change is achieved when organizations, employees, and communities unite around a shared purpose.
Launched in 2022 with a commitment to collaboration and compassion, ACBB’s Collective Impact Giving Campaign empowers partner financial institutions and employees to work together in support of the communities they serve. Through this campaign, ACBB seeks to amplify meaningful community-driven initiatives that promote immediate impact and long-term positive outcomes.
This donation will help advance the Latino Social Work Coalition’s mission to strengthen and expand the pipeline of Latino and bilingual social workers and mental health professionals serving vulnerable and underserved communities. Funding will support scholarships, mentorship, continuing education, and professional development opportunities for social work students and professionals. In addition, the Coalition’s work includes legislative advocacy and community outreach aimed at championing diversity and equity within the mental health workforce. These efforts directly benefit the communities they serve.
This donation was made possible through the leadership and advocacy of Ponce Bank, whose commitment to community development played a pivotal role in bringing this organization forward. During the campaign’s nomination period, which ran throughout the month of February, Carlos Naudon, CEO of Ponce Bank, nominated the Latino Social Work Coalition & Scholarship Fund for consideration, recognizing the organization’s meaningful and measurable impact across the communities it supports.
ACBB’s Chief Revenue Officer, Joe Krzywicki had this to say about the donation: “ACBB is proud to support the Latino Social Work Coalition in enabling culturally responsive professionals to improve community well being. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to advancing equitable, community centered outcomes.”
Atlantic Community Bankers Bank is honored to partner with community‑focused financial institutions like Ponce Bank, whose dedication to identifying and uplifting impactful local organizations exemplifies the spirit of the Collective Impact campaign. By aligning charitable giving with the priorities of its partner institutions, ACBB reinforces its commitment to supporting causes that matter most to the communities it serves.
Atlantic Community Bankers Bank is grateful for the opportunity to both recognize and financially support charitable organizations that are making a difference every day, and extends sincere appreciation to Ponce Bank and the Latino Social Work Coalition for their continued leadership and service within their community.
